Step 1

Complete the Account Application

• To set up your account smoothly, please download and complete the Atlas New Account Application Form. Ensure all fields are accurately filled to avoid delays.
• The company or individual details will appear on all invoices.
• Provide contact details for the primary and any additional contacts managing your bookings.
• Let us know how you found us — we appreciate referrals!
• Trade references are required for all new customers.
• Signed forms should be scanned and emailed back to your Atlas contact

Step 2

Payment Terms

• Atlas offers bespoke quotations tailored to your production needs.
• For orders under AED 2,000 (USD 550), payment is due Cash on Collection.
• For orders over AED 2,000, payment is required in advance by:
• Cash
• Credit Card (3% surcharge applies)
• Bank Transfer
• We guarantee first-class service — if we fall short, we offer fair refunds for prepaid amounts. Extended credit terms up to 30 days may be available for repeat clients.

Step 3

Insurance Requirements

• For equipment-only hire, please provide a valid insurance certificate covering hired equipment.
• If you do not have insurance, Atlas can offer insurance coverage. Contact your Atlas representative for a quote and terms.
• Insurance typically costs about 10% of the equipment hire fee for equipment-only rentals.
• When hiring both crew and equipment, insurance is included at no extra cost.

Step 4

Confirm Your Booking

• Once your application and payment terms are approved, confirm your services and agreed rates. We’ll then schedule your crew and equipment for delivery.
• Please ensure you have reviewed and accepted our terms and conditions.

Step 5

Filming Permits & Permissions in Dubai and the UAE

• Most productions in Dubai require official filming permission from the Dubai Film and Television Commission (DFTC) or relevant local authorities.
• Obtaining the correct filming permits and permissions is crucial to ensure your shoot complies with local regulations and runs smoothly without legal or logistical issues.
• We provide comprehensive support and guidance on securing all necessary filming permits in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and across the UAE to help streamline your production process.

Step 6

Drone Services

• We work with trusted partners to provide professional drone hire, licensed drone pilots, operators, and assistance with drone permissions and approvals across Dubai and the UAE.
• Whether you need aerial footage for commercials, events, or documentaries, we ensure safe, legal, and high-quality drone filming.
